We collaborate with you to create custom designs, and final approval of digital proofs is your responsibility before production begins. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled without our written consent.
Pricing for custom printing services is provided via personalized quotes based on your order specifications, as we source products through wholesale partners. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, and full payment may be required before production begins. We are not responsible for price changes due to supplier or market fluctuations. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services.
Production timelines are provided as estimates in your quote and may vary based on order complexity and supplier availability. We strive to deliver within New Zealand promptly but are not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as shipping providers. You are responsible for inspecting delivered products upon receipt and notifying us of any issues within 7 days. Push Promotions is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
